May Junior Mentoring Session

On Sunday the 24th of May we ran our second Precision Paddling Junior Ambassador mentoring session for the year. The afternoon was attended by over 27 up-and-coming paddlers. These young paddlers from U10 to U14, were coached by their slightly older counterparts. The aim of the session was for the Junior Ambassadors to realise the power of communication and will take what they learned back to their own training under the guidance of their regular coaches.
The session was enjoyed by each of the younger participants warranting another session in the October holidays.
The next session for our Junior Athletes will be a Goal Setting and Self-monitoring session scheduled for July.
