We have another huge weekend of paddling events with 3 to take your pick of this Saturday and Sunday.
Tomorrow, one of the nation’s top paddling events, the King of the Cape, runs over an 18km course from Smith’s Beach to Bunker Bay. The course takes in some of the country’s most spectacular scenery. The conditions are always a surprise packet, however this year it appears that conditions could be “relatively” mild for what could be experienced in this location.
Sunday is the 4th annual running of what is the country’s most attended Adventure Race, the WA Anaconda Adventure Race. This year the event is being run at Augusta which will challenge participants even more than the previous events held around Dunsborough.
Back in Perth the Pairs Enduro is being run by Ascot Kayak Club. A great race which sees pairs working together to make their way from Barrett St back to Garvey Park.
Good luck to all taking part this weekend.
